You'll work with purchasers, internal teams, and external partners to keep sales processes organized, compliant, and efficient from initial sale through closing.

• Experience in real estate leasing or sales.
• Post-secondary degree in progress or completed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support people making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of actively selling and presold properties by overseeing contract administration, coordinating completions, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role works closely with purchasers, internal teams, and external partners to keep sales processes organized, compliant, and smooth from initial sale through closing.

Who You Are

You have or are working on a post-secondary degree and have prior experience in real estate leasing or sales. You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.

You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

You are a self-starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and ensure every customer has a great experience.
