Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Sales Assistant to support customers during one of the biggest purchases of their lives in the Vancouver area. You will receive extensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for promotion within the wider organization.

You should have a post‑secondary degree and experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. You are willing to work at various Lower Mainland locations and may need a vehicle to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or hospitality.
• Willing to work at multiple Lower Mainland locations.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Support sales team with daily operations and merchandising.

Who You Are

You have or are working on a post‑secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.

You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

You are a self‑starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.

Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You see possibilities and opportunities.
