Casual Customer Service Representatives serve as front‑line service representatives at the NAIT Bookstore providing first‑point customer support in person, by phone, and through digital channels. Roles focus on meeting customer needs by responding to inquiries, processing sales, refunds, and exchanges, and performing housekeeping and merchandising duties to ensure an effective and positive service experience.
Individuals may be required to work days, evenings and/or weekends.
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
The compensation range for this job posting is : $17.85 - $23.99
