Job summary

Sani Marc Inc. is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in Sudbury, Ontario. This full-time position handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and promotes products. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to write in French.

Salary ranges from CAD 24.50 to CAD 26 per hour, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. High school diploma and 2+ years of client-facing experience preferred.

• Suggest improvements and freely share ideas to improve procedures.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the CustomerExperience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks:

• Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;
• Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;
• Promote our products and systems to potential or existing customers and be creative in how we display and merchandise the store.
• Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;
• Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor;

Requirements:

To perform well, you must have:

• A high school diploma;
• at least two years in a position in direct comunication with clients by phone;
• A passion for customer service;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;
• Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
• General knowledge of MS Office;
• Effective organization skills;
• Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
• Manage the inventory and carry out the annual inventory
• Being able to write andunderstand writtenFrench
• A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
