Value Buds is hiring a part-time Customer Experience Representative in Calgary. You will greet customers, provide product recommendations and cannabis education, operate the POS, process payments, and issue receipts.

You’ll also restock shelves, assist with inventory tasks, and verify IDs to comply with cannabis regulations. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, the ability to build relationships, and a willingness to learn in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Cannabis selling certification required (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.
