Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations in Fort McMurray. You’ll coach teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth store performance on a fast-paced floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail leadership, must hold cannabis sales certification, and can manage inventory, promotions, and compliance with regulations. The role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Must hold cannabis sales certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education.
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
