Job summary

Melanie Lyne in Canada is seeking a Store Assistant Manager who blends fashion passion with exceptional customer service. You will recruit and coach a winning team, curate personalized wardrobe recommendations, and create a shopping experience that is memorable and stylish.

You will monitor sales targets, support the Store Manager with team management and merchandising, and oversee daily operations such as receiving merchandise, pricing, shipments, and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Contagious passion for fashion and customer service.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management, sales and customer service position.
• Demonstrate initiative on an on-going basis.
• Strong team building skills.
