Laura Canada is seeking a Team Leader in Mississauga to lead a dynamic fashion-focused sales team. You will style customers, train associates on service excellence and product knowledge, and drive weekly targets.

You will also oversee daily operations including pricing, shipments, and store upkeep, with opening/closing duties as needed. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to career development within retail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team leader or sales trainer.
• Experience building wardrobes or styling skills is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Passion for fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
• Develop and train sales team on customer service, programs, product knowledge and trends.
• Monitor and influence store sales targets.
• Perform daily store tasks: pricing, shipping orders/transfers, store cleanliness.

• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
• Open and close the store as required.
