• Safety, Security, and Emergency Readiness duties including proper lifting and evacuation support.
• Customer and Associate Support to resolve issues and maintain front-end experience.
• Front End Coverage and Operations to ensure associate coverage and smooth customer flow.
• Associate Training and Development on systems, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Transaction Oversight and Compliance with purchases, returns, and exchanges per guidelines.
• EAS and Loss Prevention Support ensuring alarms are handled correctly and logs completed.
• Cash Management and Register Controls including opening/closing, cash handling, audits.
• Promote Company Programs and Initiatives including credit services, protection plans, and discounts.
