Qualifications

• Customer service experience in person or community involvement
• Willingness to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with simple sales and promoting digital banking options
• Strong technical skills to promote mobile and self‑service banking

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand what they are asking for
• Process day‑to‑day transactions
• Contribute to the branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
• Be a technology expert and share knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
