Job summary

Canada Gold in Mississauga is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, guide them through buying or selling precious metals, and deliver outstanding service in-store and over the phone.

Training is provided, and employees can expect growth opportunities across Canada Gold locations. The role is full-time with a standard eight-hour shift, day schedule, and emphasis on accuracy and customer advisory skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Mississauga locatio n ( 8 Thomas Street, Mississauga, ON, L5M 1Y5 ). T his is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
• Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
• Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success
