Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Calgary locatio n ( 4307 130 Ave SE #78, Calgary, AB T2Z 4Y3) . T this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do
