Job Description:

Are you personable and capable of making customer interactions delightful? Can you accurately process financial transactions and provide excellent service? If yes, apply to become a Customer Experience Associate. We seek a well-rounded individual who understands customer needs and can recommend suitable banking solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures, regulations, and ethics.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Engage personally with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
  • Support team efforts by respecting colleagues and maintaining communication.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to connect with diverse individuals courteously and calmly.
