Job summary

Aggreko in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Customer Engagement Lead to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will guide service delivery, manage projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate across sales, contracts, operations, fleet, procurement, logistics and technical teams, oversee technicians, and promote continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ technical employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to multitask in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships as the primary contact for service matters and project execution.
• Partner with customers to understand objectives and deliver solutions that meet operational needs.
• Lead planning, installation, deployment, and execution of customer projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, contracts, operations, fleet, procurement, logistics, and technical teams to deliver projects to agreed service levels.
• Oversee technicians and project teams, ensuring training, resources, and safety.
• Ensure equipment readiness, configuration, and deployment to support delivery requirements.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and customer feedback to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
