Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada, part of the Sonova family, is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Comox, BC. You will deliver exceptional service in person, on the phone and via email, while supporting Hearing Care Professionals with scheduling and file management.

You will manage client accounts, handle insurance billing, and assist with minor device repairs. Training is provided, with relocation/travel available to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Experience or interest in accounts receivable reconciliation is a plus.
• Aligned with helping others as a core value.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics.
• Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Reporting to: Regional Clinic Manager

A day in the life of a Customer Care Representative involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
• Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
• Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations
• Assist with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs – don’t worry, training provided!
