Job summary

Connect Hearing in Vancouver, BC is seeking a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our expanding Canada-wide network. This 18-month maternity leave contract focuses on client counselling, hearing loss evaluations, product education, and tailored recommendations.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director, with Monday–Friday hours and ongoing professional development. We offer a competitive salary ($70,000–$100,000 CAD annually), a Monthly Bonus and Sales Incentive

Qualifications

  • Licensed with a provincial regulatory body or college.
  • Client-focused care with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain hearing solutions and educate patients.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and compassion for holistic care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience with counselling, product education, and recommendations.
  • Conduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Deliver ongoing care to maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and team members in verbal and written form.
  • Contribute to improving client outcomes and satisfaction.

This is an 18-month contract opportunity covering a maternity leave vacancy, with the possibility of extension!

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director

A day in the life of a Hearing Care Professional involves:

  • Providingan exceptional client experiencefocused on client counselling, product education, and recommendation
  • Conducting hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommending the best-fit solution
  • Continuous care for your existing clients to ensure a happy and meaningful relationship
  • Conduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees
  • Make a difference in the lives of your clients
