Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada, part of the Sonova family, seeks a Customer Care Representative in Prince George, BC. You will deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and by email, while supporting Hearing Care Professionals by scheduling and organizing files.

You will manage client accounts, work with insurance for third-party billing, and assist with minor device repairs. Training is provided; travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or interest in reconciling accounts receivable.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics and learn.

Responsibilities

Reporting to: Regional Clinic Manager

A day in the life of a Customer Care Representative involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
• Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
• Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
• Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs - don't worry, training provided!
