Job summary

Connect Hearing Canada is hiring a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage files for Hearing Care Professionals, and maintain patient accounts with a friendly, can-do attitude.

This role offers an hourly wage of CAD 20–23 based on experience, extended health benefits from day one, three weeks vacation to start, six personal days in the first year, travel to other clinics as needed, and growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or interest in accounts receivable reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email.
• Schedule appointments and organize files for Hearing Care Professionals.
• Manage and maintain client accounts and build relationships.
• Coordinate with insurance for third-party billing.
• Assist with in-clinic device cleanings and minor repairs with training provided.

Reporting to: Regional Clinic Manager

A day in the life of a Customer Care Representative involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
• Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
• Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
• Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
• Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs – don’t worry, training provided!
