Customer Engagement – Initiate and maintain contact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, actively identifying their requirements, offering product information, and providing tailored solutions. Develop relationships with assigned accounts to influence sales and margin growth within our service and product offerings. Provide personalized customer service through timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Be an expert on our strategic product offering and services. Be a creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Collaborative Approach – Work closely with internal teams such as OSRs, Sales Managers, Branch Team, Category Management, to facilitate seamless customer service, order processing, and timely issue resolution.
Sales Operations – Serve as the sales representative handling customer needs ranging from quotations and orders through post‑delivery support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow‑up. Performance: Compliance to SOP’s and Policies.
