Job summary

BioRender is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer to optimize the CTO's day-to-day and enable the Engineering, Product, and Design organization to scale. You’ll partner with senior leaders to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks in a fast-growing, product-led SaaS environment.

You’ll manage calendars, travel, meeting logistics, prepare materials, capture notes, and drive follow‑through on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EA or executive operations experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup.
• Experience supporting a CTO or similar senior engineering/product/design leader preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM background preferred.
• Excellent organizational, management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage CTO's complex calendars and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and action items end-to-end.
• Plan leadership offsites, team events, and cross-functional meetings.
• Identify process improvements and introduce AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with discretion.
