BioRender is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer to optimize the CTO's day-to-day and enable the Engineering, Product, and Design organization to scale. You’ll partner with senior leaders to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks in a fast-growing, product-led SaaS environment.

You’ll manage calendars, travel, meeting logistics, prepare materials, capture notes, and drive follow‑through on key initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of EA or executive operations experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup.
• Experience supporting a CTO or similar senior engineering/product/design leader preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM background preferred.
• Excellent organizational, management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and discretion.

As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Technology Officer, you’ll be a trusted partner who helps maximize the impact of BioRender’s EPD organization. You’ll own the operational rhythm behind the CTO’s day-to-day work - keeping priorities on track, driving follow-through across key initiatives, and ensuring our CTO can focus on building products that accelerate scientific discovery. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company as you anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve how the Engineering, Product, and Design organization operates. This is a unique opportunity to partner with one of BioRender’s executive leaders and help shape how a fast-growing, product-led SaaS company scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the CTO to manage complex calendars, travel, meeting logistics, and competing priorities, ensuring time is focused on the highest-impact work.
• Own meeting preparation end to end by coordinating agendas, preparing materials, capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving follow-through across key initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to coordinate projects, quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and strategic company initiatives.
• Plan and execute leadership off sites, team events, and organization-wide meetings that foster collaboration and strengthen the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve executive workflows, streamline operational processes, and introduce AI tools or automation that increase efficiency across the team.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization while handling sensitive information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Take on high-impact operational projects as they arise; we're a fast-growing company, and you'll help wherever your partnership creates the greatest leverage.

What You Bring To The Table

• 3–5 years + of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Operations partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Experience supporting a CTO or senior Engineering, Product, or Design (EPD) executive is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; a technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or related field) or previous experience supporting technical organizations is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and execute with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A proven ability to manage your own workload across multiple concurrent priorities, take initiative, and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, AI-powered productivity tools, and modern collaboration software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
