Toromont Cat is seeking a Field Service Technician for crushing products in Timmins, ON. This full-time role focuses on servicing, diagnosing, and repairing crushing and screening equipment at customer sites with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in heavy equipment mechanics, industrial mechanics or millwrights.
• 2 years' experience in the maintenance and repair of crushing or screening equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to get the job done right and on time.
• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using testing equipment and advanced skills.
• Maintain quality workmanship to inspect, repair and rebuild crushing & screening equipment in the field.
• Undertake new equipment installations and commissioning.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer relationships through on-site visits and timely service reports.
