Job summary

Antec Controls is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support cross-department initiatives across operations, engineering, systems, sales and customer support. The role focuses on coordinating projects, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining clear communication with leadership and customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of project coordination experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with PM practices and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with comfort presenting to customers and leadership.
• Working knowledge of project management practices and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day cross-departmental project activities (software, technology, or process implementations).
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation; run meetings and updates.
• Hold teams accountable to scope, timelines, and budget; escalate when drifting.
