This growing company based in Sackville is looking for window cleaners to help complete projects.

• The position includes:
• Full-time hours
• Bonus incentives
• Autonomous work culture, with the potential for more responsibility and pay
• Training and development will be provided, as long as the candidate is coachable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Training includes professional painting work for interior and exterior painting and staining.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a vehicle
• High school diploma
• Some experience with hands-on work is preferred, but no professional experience is necessary; training will be provided to become proficient in cleaning projects by the end of summer.
• Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable
• Commitment to work from June to August

Payment Structure:

• Base rate ranging from $18-21/hour
• High-performance bonuses available

Responsibilities:
