Your Role as a Store Manager
  • Manage customer experience by inspiring your team and ensuring every customer receives a memorable, personalized service.
  • Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee inventory.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it reflects our brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service or retail sales and at least 1 year in sales management.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and developing staff and customers.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Enthusiasm for hair and beauty products.
