Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, collections tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business (asset).
• CCP designation or related certification is an asset.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Team Leader for our growing client in the construction industry to oversee daily collections activities, manage a portfolio of customer accounts, and provide leadership and coaching to a team of Collection Specialists.

This hands-on role is ideal for a collections professional who can drive cash collection results, reduce overdue accounts, resolve disputes, and support credit risk management while developing a high-performing team.
