Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Canada is seeking a Credit and Collections Supervisor in Mississauga. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will oversee daily operations and supervise the team, driving process improvements and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of related experience in credit and collections.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good computer skills with working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a team environment and analyze credit risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day credit and collections operations.
• Supervise credit and collections personnel and process improvements.
• Review customer accounts, adjustments, and reporting to management.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop relationships with key customers and coordinate with centralized invoicing.
