Job summary

Untold Studios in Toronto is seeking a Resource Manager to join the Operations team. You will coordinate bookings, costing, artist profiles, and absence to ensure timely resourcing of projects, while nurturing strong relationships with artists, producers and creative teams.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll help grow and manage an artist roster, forecast spend, and steward holiday and TOIL. This one-year contract supports maternity cover with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating resources for creative projects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with artists and production teams.
• Attention to detail in bookings, costing and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CETA data: bookings, costing, artist profiles, and absences.
• Resourcing artists for projects.
• Develop relationships with artists, producers and creative teams.
• Resolve resourcing conflicts for production.
• Accurately cost and allocate artist time.
• Forecast hire spend within the studio.
• Track expected license usage.
• Manage holidays and TOIL for artist teams.
• Build Untold Studios artist and production networks.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the team.
• Multitask, prioritise and manage workload.
• Explore opportunities to upskill.
• Be an ambassador for Untold Studios in all interactions.
