Job summary

Publicis Health Canada is seeking a Resource Manager to oversee the planning, allocation, and utilization of talent across Canadian operations. You will collaborate with Creative, Project Management, Account Management, and QA to balance capacity, demand, and skill requirements for high-quality delivery on local and cross-border engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or operations within a creative, production, or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and delivery models.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to build and maintain reports, trackers, and analysis for resourcing and planning.
• Experience with resource management or project planning tools (Smartsheet, Float, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day resource planning and allocation for creative and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project needs and durations and proactively source resources.
• Assign resources based on skills, availability, scope, and timelines, balancing client priorities and team health.
• Coordinate with project leads to understand ongoing and upcoming demand.
• Identify capacity risks and delivery constraints and escalate as needed.
• Maintain visibility into capacity, utilization and projected workload across teams.
• Work with Finance and Operations to support staffing assumptions and planning.
