BRP invites a Helmet Engineering Team Lead to drive the technical and strategic development of helmet products from design to validation. You will oversee simulations, lab tests, benchmarking and tool development while coordinating with multiple functions to ensure quality and innovation.
Based in Canada, the role requires strong leadership in a matrix environment and fluency in both French and English to communicate with suppliers and teams across the organisation.
As the Helmet engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical, human and strategic management of the helmet development within a matrix structure. You will play a key role in the development of innovative protective equipment for all BRP’s playgrounds, ensuring consistency, quality and continuous evolution of the discipline.
