Job summary

Bits In Glass is seeking a curious and energetic Business Analyst within our Creatio team to collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless CRM delivery that drives customer success and operational efficiency.

You will gather requirements, translate into user stories, map processes, and work with developers to configure no-code/low-code CRM solutions in an agile delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; CRM certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst focusing on customer success and CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and CRM systems, preferably Creatio.
• Experience with cross-functional teams delivering customer-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Enterprise client experience and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer data and usage to identify insights and improvements.
• Map and optimize business processes and customer workflows.
• Model and support implementation of process automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and customizations.
• Configure and customize solutions using no-code / low-code tools.
• Validate designs and implementations against business requirements.
• Engage with clients to support adoption and resolve delivery challenges.
• Lead or support client training and onboarding and participate in sprint activities.
