Job summary

Bits In Glass is seeking a curious and energetic Business Analyst to join our Creatio team in Calgary. You will work with internal and client teams to understand needs, optimize workflows, and ensure CRM solutions are delivered to drive customer success and operational efficiency.

You’ll gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement no-code/low-code solutions in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; CRM certificates are a plus.
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst with CRM experience, preferably in Creatio.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Success and CRM systems with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Map and optimize business processes and customer workflows.
• Model and support process automation and CRM implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and customizations.
• Configure solutions using no-code / low-code tools and validate designs.
