Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Dorval, Canada, is seeking a courier/delivery associate to perform courteous pick-up and delivery on an assigned route and to ensure shipments meet company service standards.

You will operate tracking systems, answer customer questions, and maintain a neat appearance. A valid driver’s license, bilingual English/French, and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance consistent with the company image.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately.
• Inform sales of leads and market changes as appropriate.
• Respond to customer questions about service features and Canada/US/International requirements.
