Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircrafts and vehicles; sort packages for efficient delivery and pickup.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards and provide related customer service functions.
