Job Description: Delivery Driver - Grand Falls, NFLD

This is a domicile position located in Grand Falls, NFLD. It is an interview position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
2. Check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
3. Perform related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Preferred: One year of customer-oriented business experience.
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.
