Job Title: Delivery Courier (Interview Position)

This position involves operating company vehicles to efficiently deliver and pick up packages, serving as a floating courier for a minimum of 15 routes. The role does not involve regular assigned routes but provides coverage for open routes in the absence of the regular courier.

As a role model for hourly employees, you will demonstrate strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills through Best Practices methods. You will also promote sales and generate potential revenue wherever possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of courier experience
• 6 months to learn or adjust to the job

Technical Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to complete and maintain DG certification, including yearly recurrency training
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Knowledge of FedEx operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English in Quebec

Additional Notes

All candidates must have a valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle, with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months. Candidates will be assessed through their driver’s abstract, interview performance, and driver assessments.
