The Bolt Supply House Ltd in Calgary, AB is seeking a dependable Counter Sales Representative to support branch sales and warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will assist customers, process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments while upholding company policies and delivering professional service at the counter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Industrial MRO, fasteners, components, or related environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, positive attitude.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools would be an asset.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, dependable, and punctual with a proactive work ethic.
• Capable of following written instructions, safety procedures, and documented processes.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and ERP/order entry systems.
• Working knowledge of business math including pricing, measurements, ratios, etc

• Perform other branch and counter-related duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW
