Andrew Sheret Limited in Victoria seeks an experienced Counter Sales professional to provide exceptional customer service at the front lines. You will assist customers with purchases, knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products, and process transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Grade 12 completion, strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and the ability to lift 50lbs or more. A supportive team and ongoing advancement opportunities are offered in a long‑standing Western Canada

As a Counter Sales person at Andrew Sheret Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support at the front lines of our business. This position requires a deep understanding of plumbing, heating, HVAC, irrigation, pumps, filtration, and waterworks products, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs efficiently.

Wage is $24.65 per hour and may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the store
• Answer customer questions and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
• Recommend specific products or services based on customers needs
• Process cash transactions
• Inform customers of promotions and sales
• Keep up to date with knowledge of new and existing products
• Write up and pull sales orders
• Put away and organize stock
• Load and off load vehicles
