Job summary

Andrew Sheret Limited’s Victoria showroom is hiring a Showroom Sales Consultant to guide customers through kitchen and bath fixtures, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales with a focus on service excellence.

You will join Splashes Kitchen and Bath and help customers select fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, faucets and showers while supporting store targets and maintaining presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a POS system.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and provide service excellence.
• Previous retail/sales experience preferred.
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide excellent customer service with customer focus as priority.
• Maximize sales opportunities to meet store targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Andrew Sheret Limited's retail branches are Splashes Bath & Kitchen, helping homeowners that are looking to find beautiful fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, faucets, toilets and showers.

As a Showroom Sales Consultant at Splashes Kitchen and Bath, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers visiting our showroom. You will assist them in selecting products, and making purchasing decisions related to kitchen and bath projects. Your role will involve a combination of sales, consultations, and customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Wage range is $21.60-24.00 per hour, plus commission after 6 months and bonus. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
