As a Recruitment Specialist at FLINT, you will take the lead in attracting top-tier corporate talent across departments such as Finance, Marketing, Environment, and Operations. In this full-time, in-office position, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and play a key role in strengthening FLINT’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
- Create compelling job postings and proactively source potential candidates utilizing various channels/methods, including headhunting, job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills and experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, facilitating background checks, and managing offer stages to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other initiatives to build a strong talent network.
Requirements
- Five years’ experience with proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating pre-employment testing to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders, with experience recruiting across diverse disciplines, including technical and skilled trades roles.
- Proficient in leveraging sourcing tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a focus on data accuracy and candidate engagement.
- Skilled in behavior-based interviewing across multiple formats, including in-person, phone, and video.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, committed to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
