Infini Health is seeking an HR Coordinator in Calgary to support recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The role requires 2+ years of HR experience, a solid understanding of employment standards in Alberta and Ontario, and strong communication skills. Employee Relations & Compliance : Act as a resource for HR-related questions, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with provincial employment legislation in Ontario and Alberta. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution in partnership with the HR team. Recruitment & Onboarding : ~ Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, onboarding, and orientation. HR Operations & Administration : Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative support across departments. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Learning & Development / Employee Engagement : ~ Coordinate and assist with training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communications. HR Strategy & Projects : Participate in policy development, process improvement, and various HR projects. Provide back-up support to the HR Team in Calgary and collaborate on cross-provincial HR initiatives. 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or Coordinator capacity ~ Solid understanding of both Ontario and Alberta Employment Standards and related HR legislation ~ Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP / CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion A flexible and adaptable mindset – you're comfortable wearing many hats and shifting priorities as needed Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems (experience with HUMI is a plus) Standard business hours apply, with the expectation of extended hours during peak periods or for urgent matters.
