Porter Engineered Systems - A Division of Pangeo Group is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and records for the Windsor, Ontario corporate office and divisions. You will apply Ontario employment standards and safety regulations while handling employee questions and ensuring accurate, timely HR processes.

The role requires 3+ years of HR generalist experience, a degree in HR/Business, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a corporate office and divisions.
• Working knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, AODA and WSIB processes.
• HRIS/ATS and payroll systems proficiency; strong Excel skills.
• Recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments is an asset; immigration/work permits experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for corporate and division roles, including postings, screening, interviews, references and offers.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: paperwork, system access, orientation, first-week check-ins.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements; audit-ready records.
• Administer payroll inputs and group benefits; track changes and terminations; reconcile invoices.
