Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage field service dispatch, scheduling, and customer communication. You will support billing, forecasting, and service reporting while coordinating across Service Managers, Supervisors, Sales, and Project teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (French/English), with 5+ years in service coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in French and English across Canada.
• Post-secondary degree in operations/project management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in service coordination or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience with scheduling tools and coordinating field resources.
• Familiarity with Power Distribution systems (600V–40,000V) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, schedule preventive maintenance, and dispatch field technicians.
• Monitor schedules and communicate changes to customers and stakeholders.
• Track service activities from initiation to completion and ensure timely execution.
• Lead rollout of new service platform tool as the project lead.
• Assist with billing coordination, forecasting, and service reporting.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Supervisors, Sales, and Field Service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens quality, safety, and procedures.
