Position Title : Coordonnateur des Opérations

Location : Montréal (hybride)

Overview

The Operations Coordinator will assist in managing SharkNinja’s order process, customer service, and administrative tasks. The role focuses on accurate order processing, collaboration with Finance and Sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying stock, managing logistics, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders to distribution centers
  • Checking stock availability
  • Managing logistics via EDI or retailer portals
  • Monitoring order statuses and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with sales and finance teams on chargebacks and disputes

Required Attributes & Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Autonomous work capability
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Education & Experience

  • University degree, preferably in Commerce
  • At least 2 years in customer service or account management
  • Experience with major retailers in a B2B environment
