Undergraduate Records maintains the accuracy and integrity of undergraduate academic records and administers academic policies and procedures. The team provides services to students, alumni, faculty, and university departments, including transcript production, graduation assessment, records management, academic standing updates, and policy guidance. Undergraduate Records supports student success and operational excellence by ensuring accurate records, fair and consistent policy application, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Our team culture is collaborative, service-oriented, and detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, continuous improvement, and providing responsive support to the SFU community.
The Coordinator, Undergraduate Records reviews and audits graduation evaluation activities completed by faculties to ensure accuracy and completeness before forwarding for recommendations to Senate, reviews and audits academic progress reports and course duplications, and works with faculties and departments to ensure students are compliant with the University’s course duplication policy. The Coordinator coordinates the President’s Honour Roll and Dean’s Honour Roll to ensure student’s extraordinary academic achievement is recognized publicly and privately. The Coordinator evaluates and designs new systems and business processes, as required.
Full Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Arts, Social Sciences or a related discipline and three years of related experience in learning and development design and program implementation or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
