Job summary

Schweitzer in Blue Mountains, ON seeks a Coordinator for Group Fulfillment in the winter season. The role focuses on supporting group orders, pass programs, and staff passes, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service. A 1-2 year background in guest services is preferred, with knowledge of RTP POS as an asset.

The position offers full-time hours (4–5 shifts/week) during the winter and welcomes a collaborative, guest-centric team environment with access to resort discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Blue Mountain Guest Services, Contact Centre or Front Desk is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group orders, prepare tickets, manage documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
