Job summary

Blue Mountain is hiring a Ticket Validation Attendant for the winter season. This part-time role requires you to welcome guests, verify access products, and educate visitors about attractions and restrictions. You will work weekends, outdoors, and 9:00am–8:00pm shifts with multiple 4.5–6 hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Ski Lift Line and verify access products.
• Check guest passes at lift lines and RFID gates.
• Engage with guests, explain attractions and restrictions.
• Help manage flow at validation pinch points.
• Share passion for Blue Mountain and orient guests to the Mountain.
• Provide assistance for guests needing passes scanned.
• Direct guests to Guest Services for incorrect tickets.
