Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Group Fulfillment Coordinator for a seasonal, full-time role within Alterra Mountain Company. The position focuses on supporting group orders and pass programs while ensuring accurate, efficient guest experiences and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Blue Mountain Guest Services or Front Desk experience, familiarity with RTP POS systems, and a willingness to grow under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Blue Mountain Guest Services, Contact Centre and/or hotel Front Desk is an asset.
• Willingness to gain knowledge specific to the job area and receptive to leadership feedback.

Responsibilities

• The Group Fulfillment Coordinator supports group and pass-related programs delivered accurately and efficiently with high service standards.
• Coordinate group orders and services, including ticket preparation, order coordination, documentation management, and accurate billing, tracking and reporting.
• Manage staff pass data, support local pass products, and align with staff pass program guidelines; coordinate internal communication related to group services and staff pass administration.

• Full-time hours - 4-5 shifts per week

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Group Fulfillment Coordinator exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to support guests and internal teams by ensuring group and pass-related programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of service.

• Supportingtheadministrative functionsandfulfilment of group orders and services,including group ticket preparation, order coordination, documentation management, and ensuring accuracy inbilling, tracking and reporting
• Supporting the administration and fulfilment of pass programs,including managing staff pass data,supporting local passproducts,and thestaff pass programin alignment with established guidelines.
• Coordinating internal communicationrelated to group servicesandstaff pass administration to supportaccurate, efficient, and consistent guest experiences.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• 1-2 years of experience working in Blue Mountain Guest Services, Contact Centre and/or hotel Front Desk an asset.
• Working knowledge of RTP point of sale system is an asset.
• A willingness to gain knowledge specific to their job area and is receptive to feedback from leadership to further their own growth and expertise.
