Schweitzer in Blue Mountains, ON, seeks an Assistant Manager, Grooming & Snowmaking to lead a team of groomers and snowmakers and to plan, supervise and coordinate daily shift work for a snow-covered terrain. You will ensure the best and safest on-hill product while maintaining schedules and training.

This role requires 5+ years snowmaking or grooming experience, the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather, and the capacity to work weekends, days, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years snowmaking or grooming experience required.
• Landscape construction experience an asset.
• Experience managing a medium size (30+ employees) work unit an asset.
• Comfort level working outdoors in extreme weather.
• Ability to work weekend, day and overnight shifts.
