Job summary

Simon Fraser University seeks a Coordinator, Academic Program to oversee the delivery of the School of Computing Science programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience in program administration and academic advising.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Coordinator, Academic Program, oversees the successful delivery of the academic programs in the School of Computing Science. Provides administrative and operational support to Managers and the Directors of the Academic Programs. Supports faculty in curriculum program changes, and manages the ongoing evaluation/planning of the administrative and recruitment activities for the Program, including oversight of the Program's web presence, social media activities, and provides academic advice and administrative support to current and prospective students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computing Science or a related discipline, and three years of related experience, including experience in program administration and academic advising within a post-secondary setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
